- I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, nor am I a nonimmigrant alien.
- I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
- By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, AmmoForSale.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any defense articles.
Returns and Exchanges
OnlineAmmoSale.com wants to make sure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and their product. Unfortunately, we know that some things are out of our control and that at times, product arrives damaged or is defective. When these scenarios occur, we are here for our customers. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately within 30 days from the day you placed your order. If your reason for return is in line with our return policy, our staff will provide options and instructions for processing your return. Once your return product arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected by our product experts, our team will, at our sole discretion, offer you the option of a refund, a store credit, or replacement of the defective or damaged product returned.
Shipping
While we would love to ship our product around the world, we have decided not to ship outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States because of the complications with shipping carriers and Customs. By placing an order with AmmoForSale.com, you acknowledge that if fulfilled, your order will not cause AmmoForSale.com to violate any federal, state, or local law or ordinance. Additionally, you agree to not submit orders for ammunition where your shipping address is in Massachusetts, California, Chicago, New York City, Washington, D.C., or any other area where such a transaction or delivery is prohibited by any law or ordinance. If you live in Illinois, Connecticut, New York State, or New Jersey, we can ship to you provided that you submit the proper documentation to our office.
Cancellation Policy
Our warehouse team does its best to get packages out the door as quickly as possible. In most cases, from the time that an order is placed until the time the order is packaged, registered with a carrier, and on a pallet on our loading dock, it may be only an hour or two. As a result of this, we ask that our customers place their orders carefully as our office does not allow for order cancellations. We do our best to help our customers, but sometimes, our warehouse staff is so fast that it is too late.Additionally, if you refuse delivery of an order that you placed, then we must charge you the full amount of shipping both ways (same cost each way), plus a restocking fee equal 10% of your order. We will return the remainder to you as a refund or store credit.
Shipping/Delivery
By placing an order with OnlineAmmoSale.com , you agree that title to your order changes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address you gave us at checkout. You are responsible for your products after that.
